Sales Support Officer

To ensure consistent high quality sales deliverables across markets and countries, we decided to professionalise the sales organisation and support the sales teams by setting up a Commercial Support Team (CST). As a sales support officer you are able to bring the sales process ‘from lead to contract’ to a higher level.


We want everybody to go electric, and we will push to make this happen. One charge point or dozens at a time we facilitate companies to take the step to clean electric mobility. Our network and services will accelerate the shift to a world where we all drive electric.

The job
You deliver pro-active and focused support to management, and sales and account managers, in both private and public sector markets in Europe.

To make sure our sales offers and bids are of the highest standards, you support and monitor our different sales procedures. As a part of this you also deliver management information, reports and continuous optimized sales templates.

You ensure a uniform and professional presentation of Allego in sales material and take care of hygiene factors like correct language usage, culture and local habits.

The ideal candidate
Because you will be a part of a new to be formed Commercial Support Team, we need you to be initiative rich, adaptive and self-reliant. You feel comfortable in high demanding and high performing environments and you bring some past experience in a B2B service organization. And because we are committed to a cleaner world, a personal interest in electric mobility is a big advantage.

You also bring:
-   Bachelor (or higher) in commerce or business studies;
-   One to three years of experience in a relevant field;
-   Fluent written and verbal Dutch and English qualifications;
-   Proficient German and / or French skills;
-   Salesforce experience or similar CRM applications;
-   An organized way of working, you are an excellent planner of work;
-   A ‘can do’ mentality, you see challenges and get energized by them;
-   A great personality with excellent communication skills, also concerning customer
