Allego is looking for an experienced Account manager. As someone in a commercial role, you're not a typical hard seller but you focus on building long-lasting relationships with our current and future customers. Making a connection with your customers and understanding their world, this is your starting point as their Account manager.


The job

As Account manager B2B you will be responsible for the corporate market. Our sales team focuses on 4 different segments ; Oil&Gaz, Retail, Automotive and Energy & EV-cloud. You are responsible for acquiring new business for charging infrastructure and develop long-lasting relationships within the market. Your experience allows you to meet customer needs and translate requirements to our product management team. 

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • identifying the charging infrastructure for customers with a high number of electric vehicles;
  • deliver EV-charging solutions to companies actively looking into sustainability / reducing their carbon footprint;
  • report on sales-funnel and progress, strategic account management and planning;
  • working with Product management on the definition and improvement of new products and product adaptations.

This role will require traveling up to 60-80% of the time.

In a nutshell…

  • proven experience in B2B sales, especially in selling solutions;
  • knowledge of one of the 4 identified markets
  • an extensive network in retail, real estate, technical consultancy and/or leisure;
  • native Dutch speaker and excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • technical background is highly desired or highly interested in EV mobility;
  • experience with sales in electric mobility would be an advantage.
