Making a connection with your customers and understanding their world, this is your starting point as their Accountmanager.

The job

As Accountmanager B2B you will be responsible for (part of) the corporate market, for example organizations in project development or companies that operate in retail locations relating to the electric vehicle market. You are responsible for acquiring new business in the B2B market or in the semi-public market for charging infrastructure, mainly in Germany. Your challenge is to gain new business and develop long-lasting relationships. Your experience allows you to meet customer needs and translate requirements to our Productmanagement and Development and you ensure a solid collaboration with the other teams within Allego. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • identifying the charging infrastructure for customers with a high number of electric vehicles;
  • deliver EV-charging solutions to companies actively looking into sustainability / reducing their carbon footprint;
  • report on sales-funnel and progress, strategic accountmanagement and planning;
  • working with Productmanagement on the definition and improvement of new products and product adaptations.

This role will require traveling up to 60-80% of the time.

Your profile

Because of the fast-paced environment flexibility, ability to multitask and a result-driven attitude are key. You show ownership and teamspirit in your day-to-day work, an eagerness to learn and deadlines bring out the best in you. You are highly self-motivated, customer-driven and demonstrate strong organizational skills. You also bring:

  • proven experience in B2B sales, especially in selling solutions;
  • an extensive network in retail, real estate, technical consultancy and/or leisure;
  • native German speaker and excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • technical background is highly desired or highly interested in EV mobility;
  • experience with sales in electric mobility would be an advantage.
